Returns & Exchanges

At Noughty Haircare, we want you to love your locks; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and have not been extensively used to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Noughty products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
